As a care team member, we’ve made it easy for you to gain access to the data that will help you set operational goals for your program and track your progress.

When you click the link below, we’ll ask you to enter some basic information to create an account. Upon verifying your contact details, you’ll receive instructions that will help you log in and request access to your hospital’s information.

Once your hospital administrator sets your level of access, you'll be taken directly to your dashboard upon log in. Here you'll be able to uncover trends about system and instrument usage, information about instrument returns or exchanges, and more.
